Our Vision
Our vision is to see the followers of Christ in every nation faithfully living by God's financial principles in every area of their lives.
Crown has a bold vision for training 5% of the world's population in Biblical financial principles by September 2015. New Zealand is one of over 50 countries using the resources developed by Crown and adapting them for their own environment.
New Zealand's part of the vision is to train 195,000 people during that time frame. We believe this vision will be achieved primarily through the local church and accordingly work with all Christian churches by providing them with a variety of different course materials on the topic of financial stewardship.
What will that mean for the church in New Zealand?
What will be the result of 195,000 people trained in Biblical financial principles?
From survey results conducted on former Crown students we know that the outcome could be:
- Nearly 5000 decisions for Christ
- An annual increase in giving of $230 million
- Debt reduction of $1.5 billion
Imagine with me what the church in New Zealand would be able to accomplish with another $230 million annually and more people becoming financially free so they can work unsupported financially doing God's work.
